Great location! Super close to the town center, right by the cathedral and city centers. it's a quick walk to York's Chocolate Story 🍫. Easy peasy to get around!

The staff was always available and I had a FANTASTIC stay. I had an a double room and it was absolutely fabulous with a view. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide array of well presented food. 

This place has amazing staff, especially the Porter, with a fantastic selection of cereals and fruits for breakfast - I would definitely come back as I really enjoyed my stay here.

This place has an amazing location, with incredibly helpful staff and top-notch service in the dining area. We enjoyed our evenings at a nearby spot, especially when the weather was warm.

The staff were approachable and setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. Besides, there was parking nearby. Had a great stay for 2 nights during the first weekend of December and would book again.  

The breakfast food was plentiful, varied, and served warm in the dining room, conveniently located near the heart of the city.

The experience was delightful, would book again.

The room had a trouser press, tea, coffee, and a kettle which was convenient. The interior of the hotel was absolutely stunning.- I greatly enjoyed the cathedral views from my window.- The staff were nice and always available.
